Worst jewerly store EVER!!!!!
by rmca31
My husband and I went to the Jewerly Exchange six years ago to have my mother's diamond reset. The ring, lost the small two stones within a year. We went back, with receipt in hand, and were told that we would have to pay for the stones AND the repair. Call me crazy, but I think a ring should last longer than a year. The occision was my 25 wedding anniversary. Very sad indeed! Well, six years later, the other ring, my sister's diamond, that we also had reset at the same time, has just split in the back!!! I am not a construction worker, but a school nurse. I think the quality of work and product is very poor. I know they have many good reviews, but I think these are all write within a short amount of time. The sadest thing of all is these diamonds I speak of are from family members I have lost. I wear the rings to remind me every day they are with me. DON'T RISK LOSING YOU PRECIOUS STONES!!!! Sorry I wasted my money....poor wrokmenship!
Journey of the Ring
by david ryder
I had seen advertisements for the Jewelry Exchange, and I followed up via internet and word of mouth. My findings were almost all positive. The one negative comment I had heard was from a family friend, who come to find out, had never even been to the Jewelry Exchange. I decided that the Jewelry Exchange was a good place for my girlfriend and I to begin our search for that all important engagement ring.
As we entered the Jewelry Exchahnge, I was asked to take a number. Take a number, I began to think that I had entered the deli counter line and maybe this wasn't the right place for us. However, it quickly became apparent to me that there were a lot of other people there and we might be on to something good.
Once we were called up, we were greated by a pleasant and experienced sales woman. Many people do not appreciate having their names posted publicly. Therefore, out of personal and professional courtesy, I won't mention them, other than to say they were great. As a reminder, and as previously stated, we only stopped by to look or so I thought. The sales person possessed both knowledege and strategy, but what I liked most was that she respected our opinions and allowed us to incorporate ouselves not only in the ring selection, but also in the process.
During this process, several other sales professionals, including the manager, checked in with us, not to be over bearing, but to help widen our perspectives. My girlfriend was able to focus in on which rings she liked, all of them, just kidding, and we moved forward. Interestingly enough, she narrowed her choices down to 2 very different styles of rings. You could make a case for both rings. However, I told her that she could choose only one ring today.
She quicky shifted toward me, and sated "we are not getting a ring today, are we"? It was then that we both realized we were talking about getting the ring here and now, not later. She could hardly contain her enthusiasm and her anxiety. I expressed that we could indeed come away with a ring, if she found the right one. The speed, intensity and excitement level began to rise. The staff had been so helpful and understanding that we seemed poised to pounce on the opportunity.
Should we or shouldn't we do this, and which of the 2 rings was the right one. The staff were equally poised and helpful. They expressed that even though this was late in the day on a Saturday , they could ensure that we could walk out with a ring, sized to fit, this very day.
We stepped out to discuss this further. It quickly became apparent that my girlfriend had chosen the ring or vice versa. I knew it was the right ring, but she had to make that decision herself. We returned 45 minutes later and expressed our intentions to purchase the ring. The professional selection process was only enhanced by the customer care, attention and service which followed. The quality of the ring was excellent and the sales negotiations were prompt, professional and mutually beneficial. I would like to say that the ring chose the person, but in reality the people at the Jewelry Exchange helped guide us toward our goal of making the best choice.
The bling on the ring was only exceeded by the smile on her face. Thank you Jewelry Exchange for helping guide us on the Journey of the Ring. Awesome job!

As times are tough for many people these days due to the economy, I felt the need to raise the spirits of my wife and nothing makes a woman's eyes sparkle more than a diamond. After searching many jewelry stores, we visited the Jewelry Exchange. We received very helpful and friendly service shopping there.
The service was outstanding, the quality of the jewelry exceptional and the price unbeatable.
Seeing my wife with the sparkle in her eyes and glow on her finger makes me feel so good.
Thanks Jewelry Exchange.

As soon as I walked into this establishment I was greeted by the sales manager Arthur Murphy. Very nice man, he offered me free air conditioning immediately, good sense of humor. I told him what I was interested in, which was a diamond pendant. We discussed my price range and then I was shown what diamonds were already mounted. I came at the right time because they were discounted at 15%. There was no high pressure at all, this man was a true gentleman and he will definitely be seeing me in his store in the near future.

I never fill out internet reviews but this time I had to......
I was looking for an engagement ring and started at high end jewelers that were stuffy and sky high in price!
But just like the rest of you I was bombarded with those "Jewelry Exchange" commercials first thing in the morning, so I figured I would check out the website.....the prices were in my range and we all know jewelry is marked up a few hundred percent.
I spoke with Kristine Nixon and she was awesome....so helpful...I made this poor woman pull out 4 settings and 5 diamonds, and she did it with a smile.....after and hour I found "the ring".....and she got the price just where I wanted it.
My brother saw the ring and did not believe what I paid....thank you Kristine!!!!!........I'll be back for the bands~
