Rude Service. Dirty dishes. Bad food.. Food is NOT good. And service is horrible! I mean...rude! I've never seen this before. My husband and I actually kind of thought it was funny at first....sort of like paying to be abused over dinner? But that quickly wore off, when the waiter continued to just be rude. They overcharged us for a meal and DID NOT believe that we didn't actually order it. So we had to end up paying for it which is a bit insane but we did. Other than that the food was mediocre at it's best...I couldn't help but notice the dishes were dirty. Yuck. Not recommend going there. FUJI steakhouse down the road is where we usually go and boy do we regret trying something new. At least this time.

Best Chinese restaurant in the area. My family and I eat at Joy Asia at least once a month (buffet or takeout) since we moved to Marlborough 7 years ago. The food has always been excellent.

I was surprised to see negative service comments. We have always gotten great service and the waiters have not changed in a long while. They have our drink & soup orders memorized by now. Took friends to the restaurant the other night and after we left I mentioned the negative service comments. Having never been there before they liked both the service and the food.

Parking lot always looks busy but seems to be the bar traffic and we have never waited for a table.

I'm picky about crab rangoon & egg rolls but love theirs. Also we discovered Salt & pepper shrimp on the buffet and have ordered it many times but it's not on the menu.

bad service.. Waiter did not tell truth about buffet prices. When the bill came the manager would nto do anything to rectify the situation. They did not care. Do not go here as they will overcharge you and make you pay for their mistakes!!

Bad service, fun kareoke. Lousy, rude service. I think they hate the kareoke crowd. My husband and I were there for a night out away from the kids. He is diabetic and his sugar was low during our evening. We asked the waiter twice for a glass of juice...unsuccessfully. Finally, he approached the bar and asked for a glass of orange juice...which the owner/manager refused him. He wanted to be sure it was properly recorded on his tab before serving the drink. I told the owner/manager that my husband is diabetic and needs the orange juice right away. He replied, "He sick, he go home!"

Onward to better (and more healthy) establishments.

Great spot for drinks and groups. Joy Asia is a great spot for a group of friends to get together for either beers or classic Asian drinks. Friday and Saturday nights are karaoke nights too if you are looking for some group entertainment.
