Bad Service

We've eaten there a few times and its been a good experience. Today, however, we landed a waitress who did not have the basics down. Treat your customers with respect! There needs to be a basic standard for customers - if you ask for a drinks order, please don't walk away to the next table when the customer is giving the order. When you are complained to, please don't enlist other customers in arguing your point. We don't think that the restaurant is doing us a favor by letting us eat there. If that's what Chang An believes, then there are a lot of other restaurants i'd rather go to.
