Fantastic massage. Highly recommend.

I got the 50 minute, "Signature" massage for $59. I was having pain under my left shoulder-blade. The therapist was excellent and applied just the right amount of pressure and gave extra attention to area where I was experiencing pain. The atmosphere in the spa's massage room was relaxing, and I was given a choice of 3 oil scents. Afterward, I took a nice, hot shower and returned to work feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend. 3 days later, my shoulder feels great. Hard to beat the price!
- Pros: Professional, friendly therapist with good technique
The best fresh fruit smoothies around!

If you are looking for refreshment, look no further than Veria Cafe! All of the food and beverages are very fresh and yummy. This is very healthy and fast alternative for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is very soothing and inviting. The patio is nice for evening dining. The fresh fruit smoothies are very favorite! The fresh fruit water is a close second on my favorites list.
Fun place, great concept!

I love the concept of having a wellness center where I can shop for natural healthy products, get a spa treatment, take a yoga class, and eat healthy food. What a perfect combination! I have sampled all that is offered with the exception of a spa treatment. The yoga classes I attended were enjoyable and the instructor was very personable. I loved the chicken sandwich I got at the cafe. The organic cotton blouse I purchased is often the source of many "I love your blouse" comments. All the people I've encountered in the wellness center were helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, I live in the mid-cities area and neither the Arlington or Plano stores are convenient for me. So for me, perfection would be a wellness center in the mid-cities area and a few lower prices here and there.
