The best EXPERIENCE , I had my hair done with Carmen, ,I have being lookin for a hairdresser that can listen to what i whant, looking for a change on my hair. I felt that she listened and understood me. when she finished my hair looked and felt Amazing, I recommend Carmen She is the best..

First visit and LAST visit. First time visit and relatively disappointed. For the $, I've definitely experienced better! I had a pedicure scheduled. I had Carmen and she was nice enough. Upon check-in, I inquired about a shelac manicure. I was told there was no availability until later that afternoon and then quickly told that I could be done right after my pedicure. As much as I appreciated being "fit in" I DID NOT get a manicure but instead a polish and that would be it! I was charged a full $40 for a manicure that I never received. When I went to take my watch off, I was told that I could keep it on. First sign of things wrong..... I don't get manicures often, but I'm not dumb enough to not know that a manicure comes complete with soaking of hands, exfoliation, lotion, and massage! Fine if you can't fit that all in, but don't charge me FULL PRICE for something for a service that I did not receive! When I inquired about this upon checking out, it was extremely uncomfortable and I felt the staff was very unprofessional. The receptionist checked w/ the woman that did my manicure and was quickly told that it costs $40, and that was the end of it. I left there spending $90 total for what??? During my pedicure, I was seated next to the hamper which was full of post pedicure towels and also flung past me as the others needed to discard the towels. DISGUSTING!!! God knows how many dead skin cells were flung all over the place right next to my purse on the floor and myself.

I will NEVER return to this salon and will be sure to let all my friends know not to either!

I left there feeling like they could have cared less whether I was satisfied or not.

Best Salon I have ever been to. I just love every person that works there they are so nice and so accomadating, They always squeeze me in at the last minite if need be and they are just Wonderful.

I go to the Wayland Moodz since it opened. Berfor that I went to Acton.

the absolute best of the best. I love Moodz. I've been going there for years, and I always feel valued, welcome, pampered, and happy when I've been there. My stylist is the best for my hair, totally understands what I want and need. The facials are amazing, and their natural nail services are great. They even have the new "14-day manicure," and it really lasts 14 days.

I'm not a typical client, but I never feel out of place at Moodz. I love going there, and feeling beautiful and pampered.

Extremely Friendly Staff and GREAT SERVICES!. Moodz is my favorite place to go when I want to be around great people and have great services! I come out looking fabulous everytime I leave! The hair stylists are top notch and you can really tell when you walk in the door how much they love their jobs! The esthetics staff is GREAT! They are SO knowledgable and the peels are great! I love getting the Moodz Signature facial because you get an awesome foot and scalp massage AND a mask! OH! AND DID I MENTION HOW AWESOME THEIR PRODUCTS ARE!? You can ask any of the staff members for a recommendation for a new skin or hair product! THe massage therapists at moodz give massages like i've never had before! THey have every massage from prenatal to relaxation, to theraputic! Everytime you get a massage the therapists tailor the massage to your specific needs! I love the package they have where you can buy 6 massages and get teh 7th for free...its such an awesome deal! Who doesnt want a free massage? Nail services are great at well the staff definately earns an A+. I love the nail staff because htey are ALL so great and super friendly! Its not like you sit in silance across a table for 45 minutes while some stranger does your nails like some places. All the nail techs are super talkative and soo nice and polite! I really really recommend Moodz Day Spa to anyone who wants to be pampered! Moodz ROCKS! :)

Newbury St service in the burbs!. I so look forward to my trip to Moodz. Every service offered is top notch and a great place to go feel pampered. As a busy mom it is nice to slow down and feel cared for. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality care without heading in to Boston.

I consider the people at this wonderful salon my friends-. Did I mention THE BEST front desk people? When I think of Moodz, I feel this...Special, pampered, happy, & calm. UNDERSTOOD. . I've moved away from both Acton, and Wayland, and I keep going back. I can't think of a more skilled & compassionate group of professionals. I have tried just about every treat they have- excellent and 1st class. I can't say enough nice things here- did I mention the boutique? Jewelry? Cosmetics? Go see! You'll love them! Thanks to all!

Great salon!. Moodz is such a wonderful salon! I have been going there for years. Also had them do my hair and make up for my wedding day and they did a fantastic job. Also had facials and a brow waxing done there, again, great job. I highly recommend Moodz to my friends and family.

fabulous spa and salon. I have been a long time client at Moodz, 10 years to be exact. I love it there, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for all of my pampering needs. The massages are heavenly, the facials devine, love the salon and all of the nail services too. Always look forward to my next visit!
