SAD to loose such a lovely place for shopping.

Have been using this wonderful place since 2002 - 6 years. Excellent, polite and helpful staff. That is why even after Staples opened still visited. Recently wanted to buy Christmas Cards which were expensive @ $4.00 each. Two packets total to $ 80. Wanted to return one if not wanted by the family, same day within the hour. The cashier REFUSED. Stating buy it, will take it back but will credit it back and but will not give cash back or credit the CC. With the refund HAVE to buy something else instead. WOW I would have never gone back except I required those on Christmas Eve. What a mean spirit of Christmas eve , a Grinch in Acton,MA. WILL never go back. It reminds me of a third world country with a Dictator. This is the free US of A. I leave the reader to guess the rest. SAD to loose such a lovely place for shopping. If their nose is in the air or is it discrimination time will tell.

This is a good place to buy crafts. You can buy them or not. They sell magnets and glue and scissors and pencils and paint brushes and STICKERS! Stickers: The JOY of our universe. Do you like stickers? There are amazing collections of stickers. Furry ones. Dog ones. Alphabet ones. Stickers are absolutely FAB-ULOUS! Also if you are in need of clay don't bother going to some other bad store when you can go to THIS place! The clay is great. Avoid some that get hard and try using Crayola Magic. Well I would just like to say Quill & Press is great for crafts and homework that needs clay, glue, markers, etc...
