Pepe is a ROCKSTAR!. I got the Keratin treatment for my hair and AM LOVING IT! I blow dry my hair and am ready to walk out the door. My hair looks and FEELS like my hair when I was a teenager. I also got my hair colored and love the color. I feel so good about my hair now!

BEST SALON IN TAMPA BAY. Having experienced most salons in the Tampa area since 1986, I have FINALLY found the best!

Pepe has an uncanny insight on choosing style and color, with skills to match. His cutting technique is completely innovative, nothing you have ever experienced in the past. I am amazed by the thickness and volume of my fine, straight hair.

Prices are reasonable and the salon is centrally located on N. Dale Mabry.

The atmosphere is serene and professional.

My cut and color are one week old and I have already run out of Pepe's business cards because so many have asked what salon I use!

Pepe is a magician!

Amazing Coloring. I came to Pat last year after another colorist in the area colored my hair very poorly. Pat did the most amazing job I have had and I have been highlighting and lightening my hair for over ten years now. My color looks incredibly natural and when the roots come in, it doesn't stand out horribly. The dark blond is beautiful and the cut and length is outstanding. Pat listens to what I want but also gives input and helps decide on the perfect balance. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!!

hair styles. I went into Devicci to get a hair cut. I was not sure of a cut. I saw Pepe. I told him what I was thinking but I was not sure of a style. He was able to cut my hair and it was just what I wanted. It is good to go in for a cut,and not be sure of what you want and still get it. He was able to understand what I was asking for even if I was not sure. He did a great job and I am very happy with the cut. I will be back.

Pepe at Devicci. Ask for Pepe his cuts are flawless! BEFORE going to Pepe I could always find something wrong with the haircut I was getting. After a while, I would happily settle for an 'Ok' cut if that guranteed I would'nt get butchered. But now, after sitting with Pepe my expectations and standards are set high. Get exactly what you want, dont settle for anything less, ask for Pepe.

Pep cuts the best. Best cut hands down. The best stylist in tampa moved from international plaza is now here. I was surprised to see he moved. Glad I found him again.

devicci salon. I visited Devicci Salon and Pepe cut and highlighted my hair. The salon is nice and the location was great. He was very professional and took my opinion into consideration. I have been to many salons where I go in for one thing and leave with something totally different. I love my hair and have found a stylist that I will have for life. You should check him out.

THE BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE!. I went to DeVicci Salon for the first time today after Pat was recommended from a friend of mine. The man is a hair genius. His technique is amazing; I sat there the entire time with my mouth open, amazed at what he was doing with my hair. My hair is beautiful. I refuse to go anywhere else from now on. Pat is thorough in what he is doing, listens to what you want and is easy to talk to. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.

Fabulous!!!. Pat cut my hair back in May. I love this salon because it is close to my work and I always get that "I need my hair cut" at the last minute. I was having a party that night and and a company picnic the next day. Pat did an amazing job on my hair and I absolutely loved the cut. I am really picky about my hair and I won't go just anywhere. I would recommend him to all. In fact, I think I need a trim today.
