What People Are Saying About Rite Aid

In Short – Debuting in 1962 as Thrif D Discount Center in Scranton, Pa., this drugstore chain became known as Rite Aid in 1968, and today is one of the largest in the nation. In addition to a pharmacy, each store carries a wide variety of health-care and household items--from nutritional supplements to cleaning supplies to snack foods. Flu clinics are held at various locations throughout the flu season.

FOUR THUMBS DOWN

You can stand in line all day and the pharmacy staff will just ignore you. The pharmacy techs are incredibly rude. I handed my script to a young blond woman who grabbed from my hand and walked away as I was asking a question. And the little Indian guy is a jerk.
Rite Aid, Melrose, Photo service
by Cely MacalmaThompson
Today I went to have my passport pic taken, none was there right away and no one was willing to take it, then a staff took one, didn't come right, a sup or a manger did one I took it to a passport agency Malden Post office, it isn't the right one, so I went to Hunts photo service it was the right one. Someone has to teach the employees to take the right photographs or lose customers which one them is me.
- Pros: Easy to locate, accessible
- Cons: Hard to find a staff
