Uncomplete work, poor quality and financial issues.

Earl Bennett is the owner and has been a total disappointment. Originally hired him for a job that would take 3 days and it still isn't complete 11 months later. Parts that were completed were not of the best quality--with the exception of tile work. Stamped concrete was the original job and we still do not have any concrete in the area. We also had him do some work to restore fire damage on a deck and porch and the painting is not complete, including window casings and also the overhang on the roof--only half is done. I had a major kitchen renovation, a fence installed and hardwood floors installed during this time in a 1 month period---all to our satisfaction and even exceeding our expectations. Earl and Done Right Construction failed us and the cost to complete his poor work is quite a bit more than the final payment based on completion. I tried to be understanding of his situations that always came up, yet after a while, no phone calls were returned and he has even hung up on me without speaking to me on his cell phone. I have left him messages saying that I just want him to complete the work and correct the problems. No yelling on the messages or anything else rude. I know being an entreprenuer is not easy.
