This is supposed to be an estate sale?? I went to the address, entered the building in the picture. However "The Cottage" is an overpriced antique store.

Really.... I went you two of your estate sales this weekend... The one at Thompson Station was aweful. The staff really needs to, at least, act happy. And the "SALE OF THE CENTURY" at Lyzon..HA!!! What A JOKE!!! Everyting is so overpriced that you would have to be CRAZY to buy ANYTHING

Thought I would never encounter a time when I would need to use her services, but my time came. She actually made me more money than I thought! I had a estate sale and her employees are very determined to help as much as possible. A+

What a wonderful staff. I have been to several sales by different companies. Berenice Denton has the best staff. Always willing to work with me on the price. The two guys are extra helpful!!

I have been a customer of Berenice's for many years and had the pleasure of working with her on my own estate sale recently and could not have been happier. Berenice and her workers were a joy to work with and made the process easy and stressfree for me. I highly recomend not only going to her estate sales but if you need to have one yourself Berenice and her team are the perfect people to help you.

Fun Sale!!!. I just love going to Berenice Denton sales! The people are so nice!!!! Simone, Helen, Ann, and Ed are so fun to chat with, and really make it easy to shop. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Denton and boy was she a hoot! She gave me a great deal on a rocking chair that I loved. I can't wait to go to more sales!!!

Clarksville Estate Sale. I recently attended a Berenice Denton Estate Sale in Clarksville. The house was full and her capable employees were fast, efficient & knowledgeable. I returned 3 (three) times and each time I was treated with respect and curtesy, and great deals. Cudo's to you Berenice for another job well done!

Absolutely the best!. I simply cannot say enough good things about Berenice!

I have purchased wonderful pieces from her at reasonable prices and she has also sold pieces for me.

She is very accommodating and helpful. Even on the busiest of days, she finds time to meet the needs of the customers she serves in a pleasant, kind manner.
