Good food, great energy. Wonderful food, with the best fried, somewhat squashed plantain with a sauce that was perfect for dipping.

The steak tips were excellent, as were the accompaniments.

The owners were right there, and very friendly. The music was exciting, with a full crowd that clearly was enjoying the camraderie.

**Wonderful food, Wonderful people**. The headline says it all. Truly wonderful food and wonderful people. I am a steak tip connoisseur and I will drive for a great meal. Just so happens I don't have to drive far. Boca's marinated steak tips are fabulous. I can't recommend this place enough. Gotta have it.

Must go to this restaurant!. This is a great restaurant that people need to know about. I've eaten there or done take out close to 10 times. The food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, it is very affordable and the food is extremely fresh and well cooked. The staff is so warm and friendly and seem like they genuinely care - a nice change.

We particularly enjoy the garlic fish (tilapia) that is served with a salsa and lettuce, rice/beans and yuca (like big crunchy french fries, and the steak tips are out of this world (even for the steak tip lovers!). The atmosphere is light and fun, but more people need to know how good it is so there are more people in there!

Yummy with awesome service!. As far as I've come to learn, "boca" means something similar to "tapas", little appetizer portions. The food here is really good! You get small portions of things, but the prices are amazing, so you can order a couple things and share amongst yourselves. We've tried the empanadas, fries, gallo pintos,all the deserts, and various other things and everything was great. Comfortable decor and very festive. Seems kinda tiki-inspired. The drinks are well made and priced. For a group of 4 with multiple drinks per person, I think our bill was like 70 bucks, which is not bad for a night out! The staff and owner are super friendly and gracious. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

small portions; below average food. Having been to Costa Rica more than once, I can say that this restaurant does Costa Rican food no justice. I'm not even sure it is Costa Rican food. The portions are very small and they come with bizarre sides (like a pineapple salad and chips and salsa). The salsa is not good--it is cold and does not have much flavor. The decor is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but they are going to have to give better portions and make better food if they want to last.
