WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!.
Tracy (the salon owner) gave me the worst highlights I have ever had. I left with a huge yellow blotch on the top of my head, and stripes all over the sides. The highlights were so blonde that they
looked white, and it was embarrassing for me to go into work. What I thought was most unprofessional about Tracy was that when I called and politely asked her to fix my hair, she didn't called me back. I left seven messages over the course of three weeks and didn't get a single call back. Eventually, I had to get my hair fixed somewhere else and then drive back to Tracy's salon and ask her for the money in person.
Even if I had liked my hair, I don't think I could have sat through another hair appointment with her. The entire time I was there, she bragged about how smart she was, how much money she made ($140,000 a year), and how good she was at her job. Clearly she has a distorted vision of her ability to highlight hair. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone!!!!!…
