Professional, friendly, new what doing, he (Tim) was in a hurry so appreciated the efficiency in doing work so he could get to his work without too much delay

Max called to tell us that he very much liked his experience with Rich. He liked that he was not pushy and did not pressure him. Rich was very nice, knowledgable and did a great job. He wants the manager to know that he likes him the best out of the techs how have been to his house previously.
