Awesome Vietnamese. The food is amazing! The breading on the wontons and egg rolls was very light and crisp, and the cream cheese was so smooth and creamy. The dipping sauces for both were also delicious. The sesame chicken was perfectly crunchy and wasn't drowned in sauce. Even the fried rice was perfectly cooked and had a unique great taste. Best Asian food you can get for the low cost. Owner was raised in America and servers are white, so the English is perfect unlike your typical Korean Student Association wonk.

Classy and Affordable. Pho Saigon is like a hidden gem in Mankato. It's located on the outskirts of town and the outside of the building looks pretty boring, but when you go inside the atmosphere is beautiful. The food is really good, and you get a lot for what you pay. This is a good place to go if you want to have an nice meal, but don't want to spend too much money.

my girl friend chewed a piece of metal. Hello. I am a former vice?president of the Korean Student Association at MSU. I am sending this email to let you know (to warn) that you need to think carefully if you have a plan to have a meal at ?Pho Saigon?, the Vietnamese restaurant at Mankato. My girlfriend and I had dinner at the restaurant yesterday, and my girl friend chewed a piece of metal cleaner during the dinner time.

It was in her food. The owner admitted their fault front of us (include a policeman).

And, you know what? The last thing that the owned asked us is ?What do you want?? rudely with his arms across his chest.

We were all three people (another person was my friend.).

In addition, do you know the last thing that the owned asked us? Pay for the two meals.

We paid because there was a policeman front of us. The police man said he couldn?t help us because it was not a criminal issue.

FYI, I still have the piece of metal cleaner, and I took a picture of the piece.

In a word, BE CAREGUL and THINK AGAIN if you have a plan to have a meal at ?Pho Saigon?, the Vietnamese restaurant at Mankato (front of Home Depot).

Thank you for reading my message.

Great Asian Food, Atmosphere, and Price.. Some of the best Asian food in Mankato. The Spring rolls & peanut sauce are definitely worth a taste. The dishes are also very flavorful without being too spicy. Costs about $20 for two people. Ambiance is nice too. The service is sometimes great and other times not. Worth taking a look if you want to have great meal at a decent price.
