If you are planning a visit to Rochester, you MUST stop in at About Face!. Especially if you are from a big city. This place has all the brands you read about in magazines and great makeup artists too! They also have a Facebook Page and a website you can shop online. They will also ship your items at no charge and , if you are out of state, there is no sales tax. Great place!
