Completely disrespectful and unprofessional

My wife went to pick up our "one hour" photos that were supposed to be done by 11am, and they were not even started yet. After waiting 50 minutes in the store for the prints, they were misaligned and had fingerprints all over them. With service and quality like that, we'll never go back there to get photos printed again. Hopefully the management will read this and train their employees properly.
