Save yourself the tears!. I went to this salon for a trim and highlights . My hair was to the center of my back and is very thin. The stylist gave me yellow (suppose to be blond) highlights that are orange in some spots from bleeding. I have bleed marks through out that look like tiger stripes. The cut is horrific. Uneven layers that look like a 5 year old attacked me with scissors and the stylist thinned my hair out with thinning shears so I now have frizzy ends with shorter ends that look singed off. The thinning obviously can not be fixed. I am going to have to suffer with a head full of flyway's which is so upsetting. As far as the cut itself, my hair will have to be cut at least to my chin to even out. I have no idea where another stylist if going to begin with fixing the color. I have been crying since I had this done. I only hope if can be fixed to the point where it is tolerable until it grows out.
