high prices, poor quality, small portions,so what attitude. I ordered togo from Roys and spent $70-80.00 and, it was not close to what we normally get when we order for 2 people,the portions were very very small & there was no Shrimp, octapuss, Eel,or Salad & Soup thet normally come with the meal but, we where charged the same. When I called a few days later to let them know (in a nice way)how disopointed I was with the portions that I received and,that there was no salad or, soup, I pulled up this website and, noticed that others feel the same way that I feel being... that when they first opened the portions were bigger and better perpaired and now that they are extablished the portions were very very small and poorly prepaired...when I called and asked for a manager and, was given one of the wait staff. she said that there is no soup or, sald that go with the meals when they are order togo (even though we were charged the same amount) I felt I was given a so what attitude to my complaint and, told them that if something is not done about this that we would not return. I really feel that we were ripped off. We are year round residents and, when we go out we spend alot and, do not worry about it and we are very big tippers the point being that we are not cheep people and, are not afraid to spend money but, this was very bad and not close to what we get when we have ordered in the past.To sum it up very small peotions poorly prepaired for alot of money. I give it two thum's down with a snap. At last I would not recoment it to anyone. Please let me know how you feel....maybe Roy thinks he will make a lot of money on the snowbirds but he need to remember that they will not be here to susport him over the summer and,I do not think we will not either.
