There should be a Mamou in every town, the chef needs to clone himself and open up more shops. It's almost criminal that my friends in other states can't get his food. Even worse, when I go on

The food is great, it's spicy but it's not hot for hot's sake. It has flavor and texture and you can almost feel the care that the chef puts into it. The staff is friendly and jocular and really
makes you feel welcome. The line to get inside is usually pretty long but even the people in line are friendly. It's worth the wait and I cannot recommend it enough.…
