STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!. These guys are liars and crooks! Buyers beware you do NOT want to do business with this dealer. We purchased 2 cars from Balise and have been loyal customers for 10+ years and after an accident they called with a $210 estimate and then 2 hours later called with a $758 estimate. When we got upset that they had not checked out the car thoroughly the first time and things got heated (and admittedly we used some profanities) they refused to fix our car and told us it was unsafe to drive and that we should have it towed. Then when I filed a BBB complaint they were bold faced liars and said that we had refused to have the car serviced. These people put my family at risk in driving an unsafe car and then have the nerve to lie about. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. Incompetent Bullies. Do not go to Balise Mazda and if for some reason you have to, do not work with Ashley. She will lie to you, whine at you, and, if you dare to ask for her to do some work (such as provide you with the paperwork on a car), claim that you are trying to get her in trouble with her boss.
