April ROCKS and her talented staff are great too. April is an enormously talented and gifted hair stylist. Once you get your hair cut by her, you will understand what I'm talking about. She was born to style and cut hair, I found out she's been cutting hair as a profession since her mid teens. Her shop in Port Ewen is modern and elegant, and she offers all kinds of great treatments like Global Keratin (the safe one that is GOOD for your hair) and IntroForce for thinning hair. A male friend of mine is thrilled with his results. I treated myself to the Keratin treatment and have never been happier with my long, silky locks (before the treatment they were frizzy, thick and bushy locks). April always uses the top brands for color,wash and retail: Redken and Pureology (100% organic). April has 2 other stylists, Alexis and Tracy, and they are both very talented. It's a fun place to get your hair done, the conversations (if you want to listen and/or contribute) are usually tons of fun and laughs. If you want great, healthy hair and a more-than pleasant experience, I highly recommend April & Co.
