We purchased out pool last year, and everything went smoothly- the crew installed our aboveground in half a day, and cleaned up every piece of trash. STAY AWAY...DON'T SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS!!!. I went to Jelly Belly's to purchase a special order filter for my pool pump and immediately upon going into the place I got this aura of bad energy given off from every employee in the store. The place was dead silent and everyone was staring at people walking into the place. I then asked the head guy in charge to help me out with my pool pump. That guy let me tell you...Lethargic in every way!!! The guy was slower than a sloth and was completely lifeless. He took my name and number down on a scrap piece of paper that I knew would get lost, but whatever I had my filter on order. My only concern at that point was to just get the filter on order and get out of that energy draining store! Two weeks later I came in and went directly to the same guy and he had no idea whom I was and did not have the paper with my name on it. I couldn't say I was suprised.
