More expensive than the dealer!
My dad has taken multiple cars here for a few years. After he told me about his last bill I did some research and found that they are charging DOUBLE what the local Volkswagen dealer charges for parts and more than double compared to some other local shops. That's just not fair business.
As far as the reviewers who say these guys really know their stuff...the exhaust my dad had installed on his VW leaked from the day he drove it out the door. He had Ryan's fix it immediately, but the leak reappeared within a few weeks. When he took it to another shop they said it hadn't been installed properly.
If you want honest VW/Audi and foreign service, try Pelham Auto in Belchertown. I bet you'll save almost half for top quality work.…
Great service, very friendly.. A bit on the pricy side, but they really know their stuff. Probably the same cost as the dealer.
