THEY WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND HARASS YOU. If i could give a Negative star here I would, Im OWED a star for writing this review.

Lets begin: My fiance got a eversave for Forever Young for a $75 Massage. Last Monday we both took the day off of work to have a relaxing day together and decided to make a spa day out of it. I called Forever Young and asked if we could use our eversave ($75) towards a couples massage ($140) and I would gladly pay the difference. Having family in the Salon Industry and my Fiance owning a business, I know that its not UNHEARD OF to make exceptions for people especially if your going to get another service out of the deal. She said that would be fine and she scheduled us at 4:00.

When we got there at 3:50, this tiny little room, the THREE people at the front desk were speaking LOUD and obviously there was a problem going on. SUGGESTION: a spa is suppose to be a TRANQUIL place for patrons, deal with your dirty laundry SOMEWHERE ELSE

Then they sat us in the spray tan room. The SPRAY TAN ROOM, that room needs to be fumigated after each use, are you serious, I got a HEADACHE from the fumes.

15 minutes later 4:15, They came and got us out of the smog and chemical infested box and I must say the two ladies who did our massaged were VERY NICE and did well, only our massage was over by 4:50? it should have been till 5:15 if you ask me. So we were robbed 25 minutes...didnt say a thing.

Went to go pay, the girl at the front desk said the couples massage was $150, in the menu it was $140. "Oh, well, the prices went up but, whatever." ...... How the hell do I know that your not trying to just pocket $10 from me. So I was pretty firm when I said I was comfortable paying the price listed.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE?

FOUR DAYS LATER THE OWNER, JACKIE CALLS MY CELL PHONE!

DEMANDING I OWE HER $10!!

WHAT?

Yelling at me saying she was going to FIRE HER FRONT DESK GIRL for not doing her job right.

......this not only violates so many codes of ethics, but my fiance was planning on having a bridesmaids spa party there, was it worth the $10

I spoke to eversave, explained to them what happened. They assured me I owed them nothing and would be contacting her.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! ITS A CARNIVAL ACT! Horrible service, you dont get what you paid for, and they WILL HUNT YOU DOWN FOR $10!!!!!!!!!

SO much for a relaxing spa day this lady is a horrible person to do business with and to work for apparently. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ! UPDATE YOUR MENUS! STAY CONSISTENT!

I feel bad for the massage therapists, LADIES, IF YOUR READING THIS, PLEASE EMAIL ME, OUR FAMILY IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS that wont treat you so HORRIBLE!

I can only hope that JACKIE lady reads this, TAKE SOME LESSONS IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP, JERK!

Wonderful Experience. I've been going to Forever Young for about five years now. Awhile back they moved into a new beautiful place in Melrose, the setting is very relaxing and very clean. I always feel immediately relaxed when I walk in. I always see Teresa, she does an outstanding job whether it's a facial, massage or waxing. I love the wax they use, it seems a lot of places uses an outdated wax that barely gets the hair off. This wax works wonders and lasts a long time. Where I live there are several shops that perform these same services but I always find myself back at Forever Young, the cost is about the same and the enviroment and service can not be beat!

great experience. This was my first facial and Holli did a great job and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing(dim lighting, soft music etc.) The furniture is so comfortable and everything is very clean and neat. Everyone I talked to there was so sweet and I didn't even make an appointment ahead of time. They showed no grief about fitting me in. When we were done Holli even recommended a product that she thought would improve my skin, but was not at all pushy about selling something. I would definitely go back!

Best Day Spa. I went to Forever Young for laser hair removal. The treatment was virtually painless and I was happy with the results. I have returned several times for massage and facials and have always been satisfied.

Best place in town. its a great atmosphere everyone seemed friendly and helpful. I've recieved many services here and recommend it highly to all my friends and family.Deffinetly worth trying out.

Great Massage and body wraps. I've had many massages in my time and was impressed with the massage I received at forever young. All the therapist I have tried there are great. I have gotten body wraps there also. After your wrap, you take a shower (in the same room)

and then get a 20 min soothing session. Awesome! Most spas

just wipe you off after the wrap and do not provide a full shower. Not the case here. Great Spa.

best facial and botox I have ever received. Very clean spa and great atmosphere!!. I have received facials in several spas, etc. and was very impressed with the knowledge of the estheticians at Forever Young. I also received botox in the past and felt it did nothing, however, the botox I received at forever young, by a M.D. was great from the beginning and lasted longer than usual. The atmosphere is wonderful, the spa is very clean, and the staff were all great.
