Stone One Callously Disregard Sale Agreement. Stone One promised us that they can complete the counter top installation before Nov. 5. So we decided to go with Stone One and rejected all competitor's offers. Two days before the template day on Oct 27, the company call us and told us they have cancelled our order, despite the fact that our credit card has been charged for half of the payment days ago and all our installation date and template date have been scheduled. Stone One refuse to honor the installation agreement we have, disregard the original date they promised to complete the job and left us in the lurch. We have encountered Stone One once in the past and I remember that their template guy did the template on another Kitchen a few year back and forgot to include a counter space for a sink base tip-out drawer space. As a result, the sink cut-out is too large.

Many years after, now we happened to get a quote from Stone One and we hoped that Stone One changed the way they treat their customers since the sales lady is so pleasant this time. I am wrong again. They disregarded contract law and simply cancel orders as they like at last minute.
