“recommend their BBQ Pork on a stick; Paht Pick King (green beans with red curry and your choice of meat); a large selection of fine noodle dishes; Duck Salad, etc.”

“Valuable price with YUMMY dishes!”
“The staff is very friendly and the service time from ordering to receiving your food is extremely quick, even on busy evenings.”
Coconut Bay Bar & Grill.
Service
Some of the staff are rude, some have no personality, but some are nice. A few times I see some waitresses on their blue-tooth talking to whoever they talk to in front of the customers in the dinning area and they are pretty loud too.
Food
Portions are pretty big. Dishes are nothing special but not bad either. One thing that I like about this place is that you can get free refill on your Thai iced tea.
WORST SERVICE and THAI FOOD EVER!!!. I went out to this Thai restaurant early evening with some friends. They raved and said the food was good. I had the Tom yum goong, pad thai, and calamari. I should have taken it as a sign of a bad place when I say one of the busboys/server grabbing three cups of water by the rimming and delivering it to a table. That is totally disgusting. The guy had his fingers in the cups. It doesn't matter that they give you straws, the fingers were in the water! Second sign of bad service was the rude and unprofessional wait staff. Showings signs of impatience, picking his nose, and chatting very loudly with another employee in Thai while he was waiting to take our order. Food came out cold. There was some sort of bug in the calamari. Waiter claimed it was part of the squid. I doubt it. BAD BAD BAD all around. never again. Save your money, go somewhere else, anywhere else but here. Rude and dirty staff.
Well Worth A Drive Over If You're Out Of The Area.
Coconut Bay's Thai Food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and the service time from ordering to receiving your food is extremely quick, even on busy evenings. Prices are very fair. The restaurant is very large and they can very easily handle LARGE GROUPS & PARTIES.
I recommend their BBQ Pork on a stick; Paht Pick King (green beans with red curry and your choice of meat); a large selection of fine noodle dishes; Duck Salad, etc.
The cooks working in this kitchen are serious about getting everyone's order right. I have never been let down here. Almost all their dishes can be ordered mild, medium, spicy, or very spicy. You can always add more spice, sugar, and other various Thai sauces to your meal at your table. The restaurant is now only 1-1/2 years old and is very popular. Many LCD big screen televisions and two projection televisions show sports and other interesting shows. They have been showing pay per view sporting events lately which always packs the place. Lots of fun. Need I say more?
Valuable price with YUMMY dishes!!!. This is one of the biggest thai restaurants in CALIFORNIA!!!! it could hold up to 300 guests!!!! the food is great and the price is very reasonable!!! i would recommend you to try BBQ CHICKEN FRIED RICE, BEEF PANANG, HOMOK TALAY, CHICHKEN SATAY, and RAD NA NOODLE!!! they are so yummy!!!! they also have full bar for you!!!! ask the serveers for that!!!!
