Outstanding

I saw their ad on a billboard, then went online to their website. I was expecting the office staff to be courteous, but was pleasantly surprised the guy that came out to give me an estimate was too. He even had a computer to show me what the finished basement would look like which was so different than the other ones who came out and just handed me a business card with a $ on it or felt so pushy and talked about pricing in circles.

The process was great, from the beginning to the end, and the guys who installed the job answered all the questions i was asking, and I asked a lot of them! I would recommend them to anyone, and already have, more than once. It's nice to see a construction company follow through with their promises the first time!

Crawlspace

My crawlspace no longer has the bad smells that were coming up into the living space of my home. Since I have had the encapsulation done contractors love going in my crawlspace and always ask me about the work that was done. I have even been in my crawlspace which I would never have done when it was just dirt.

no follow ups when a problem occurs - they do not review the site enough to correct the problem.
