Tips for The Cheesecake Factory

Great experience every time.. Delicious food, friendly staff. Maybe a little pricey, but you should know that going in. It'll all be worth it once you get dessert. One drawback is that elderly folks might not appreciate the dining style in that the tables are close and the atmosphere is "loud."(Perfect for family dining with young children) Hibachi Steak with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes is my favorite entree.

Good Solid Dining Experience. I've been to a few Cheesecake Factories and this one is pretty consistent with the rest of the chain. You will get information overload from the extensive menu and there is usually a lot of noise during dinner, but you'll feel fine at the end of the meal once you've had one of the desserts.

Great food, drinks, atmosphere. I've been here 5 times, and every experience has been good. The burgers are my favorite dish and I always take the other half home. The drinks are always good and the atmosphere is very social, not romantic, which is why it's a good place to go with a group of friends for conversation. The cheesecake is very good (I typically get the vanilla, peanut butter and choc, tiramisu) and it lasts all week in my fridge while I nibble on the slice after dinner.

I always have had great service which is why I continue to go back.

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Yummy!. The Cheesecake Factory in Cherry Hill is similar to all others of this chain. It's got really high ceilings so it's really loud! The menu offers such a variety of selections that I'd be surprised if you didn't find something on there you'd order. Menu is so thick it's a book!

Service at this location is good but the restrooms need to be cleaned more often as well as the floors -- they were very slippery.

Overall a good value, great atmosphere (despite the loud noise level). Great place to meet for drinks or just for dessert too!

Oh.. and brunch is also good here!

OVERRATED. Who are these people that wait over an hour for mediocre (at BEST) food? Went several times, got sick to my stomach both times. Servers, i.e., teens waiting for something better to come along, inevitably forget at least one thing about the order. Food is tasteless and bland and NOT WORTH THE WAIT. I pity the people I see waiting. Are you not aware of the, oh, hundreds of nearby restaurants???
