Take my word for it, DON'T GO HERE.. WORST PLACE DON'T GO HERE.

The owner who has "so much experience" DOES NOT. I am a makeup artist and when people tell me what they want, I do what THEY want, not what I want.

When I asked the owner's wife to do my eyebrows, threading, I told her nicely please don't change the shape just clean it up. She nodded and said no problem. Then when I was done to my surprise she made them so thin! I told her they are too thin and she responded "no they are perfect." Of course she would said that HER EYE BROWS WERE THE SAME SHAPE. If I did makeup on everyone the way I wanted everyone would be unhappy. She needs to respect clients requests and do what they ask not what she wants.

Not to mention I also asked to get my upper lip threaded and my side burns, she also said no problem. In the middle of her threading she went down to my chin, under my eye, which i thought was strange so I asked her If theres hair they she said yes you need this. So I figured okay I guess I won't be charged because I didn't ask for this. When I went to pay, which was her husband, he charged me for a full face threading! I was so shocked I didn't know what to say.

Between my eyebrows being WAY TO THIN and then getting OVERCHARGED for something I didn't ask for I was furious.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY.

Take my word for it I work in the industry and those people are only looking to make money.

BEST PLACE!!!!!!!. Highly recommend the Sugar Sugar Day Spa!!

I been going to Nancy the owner for 6 years now and every time it has been the best experience! The service is great and the place is very clean. The staff is so nice!! Whatever you need done Nancy goes above and beyond for you to get done. She always works with you and always finds time for you. I always get a Brazilian and eyebrows wax. For the past 6 years every time I had it done it has always been perfect. The wax they use is awesome too!! You will not breakout from it and it is so much better for your skin! Sugar Sugar Day Spa is the best!!!

Wouldnt go back. Had my eyebrows done by Nancy they came out to thin. The man at the desk is not very nice. and the place is not very clean.

Great brazilian wax job...just be sure to take your aspirin first!. I've been to Sugar Sugar twice for brazilians b/f vacays and they did a good job both times. The first time the receptionist recommended that I take some aspirin about an hour b/f coming in when I made the appt. and it turned out to be useful advice! I forgot these words of wisdom the second time and it seemed far more painful (I was sweating & needed a couple of breaks in between pull-offs!). Don't get me wrong, the whole procedure is voluntary torture, but do consider the pre-session pain killer (or stop by Billy's for a couple of shots if you forget the Aleve). Luckily, the whole thing only last about 10 minutes...whew! My bikini area stayed smooth for about 3 weeks after, with occasional plucking for strays. Oh, and be warned, they may try to automatically ring you up with their sugar-based scrub, but if you don't want it tell them b/c it ain't cheap (~$25) and you can certainly get a similar product at CVS or the Body Shop for far less.
