Don't let them go near your eyebrows!. I went in for the first time ever for a quick--"eyebrow cleanup". I maintain my eyebrows pretty well, so just needed to get rid of the strays. She asked how I like them and I said I just needed them cleaned up both above and below the brow. Long story short: my eyebrows are now half as thin as they were. They look like someone just drew a line over my eyes and I look constantly surprised. They are ridiculous.

I should have known because after she started she said, "I just want to even them out a bit. they are thick on one side and then get thinner." Isn't that how eyebrows are? The are thicker above the inside of your eye and then narrow out towards the outsides. She she then said, "you just don't have any arch to your eyebrow." That is when I should have known there is a problem. Like I said, I maintain my eyebrows and I am always complemented on there shape. She apparently tried to add an arch to the middle of the brow, where there is naturally no arch (my eyebrows naturally arch near the outside of my eye--the same place where they raise).

I give two starts because the lip wax was fine and she was very nice. When she saw I hated the brows (as I told her), she was very apologetic (although she kept trying to tell she just wanted to give me an arch) and she didn't charge me for the brows and gave me a gift certificate for a facial.

Overall, I may try one of there other services, but I will never let her go near my brows again and I now have to suffer the next week or so being embarrassed to be seen in public!
