mediocre. This place usually has good customer service with a couple bumps. No matter what place you are in line, if the phone rings, that customer gets immediate attention, whoever was waiting on you will stop to answer the phone and answer that person's question. It's annoying. Second bump. . . I was in there to get an estimate about new tires. Will waited on me, told him that I really did not have a lot of time, he "guaranteed" me I'd be out in 45 minutes with my new tires -- 90 minutes later I am looking at my watch and see Will looking at me, no apology, nothing -- had another associate give me my keys when it was ready. Really weak.…

Good for Both Used & New Tires. I've purchased both a set of 2 used tires & a set of 2 new tires from Discount Tires & been very pleased both times. The young man worked hard to find a good set of 2 used tires that would balance with my other newer tires, for a good ride. They were quick to do the work, and they were pleasant to deal with. Price was competitive, and I would & have recommend them to a friend.…
