I feel honored to be writing the first review on Bellaria Bakery. I first met Larissa - the owner - when I was looking for someone to make my wedding cake. She owned Elegant Confections before moving to St. Louis Park and opening a full-time bakery. From the moment we walked in the door and met her, we knew she was different, and from our very first taste of her delicious cake - we were sold! When she opened the bakery we went down to have a cake tasting, but couldn't leave without trying a pastry or two and like her cakes, they are to die for. Her Key Lime Tarts are fantastic - made with all the best ingredients and once we tried her truffles we knew we would never eat from any other dessert makers ever again! I think my fiance was a secret crush on her and makes excuses to go see her just for her desserts!! We will be longtime devoted clients as long as she is around.
