Horrible. I have done business with this company before and let me tell you that it was the most frustration experience ever. I along with many others know that Walter Wyatt is a crook! That’s our opinion and we are sticking to it!

Don't use Realty World or Walt Wyatt - not recommended.
I believe that Realty World is not a good place in Enterprise to let manage your property. I believe Walt the owner neglects your property. I also believe they have no consideration for taking care of or managing a property. I would consider them unprofessional.
The tenant they supplied that was in the house trashed it and didn't pay the rent. If they would have done a monthly check like they were supposed to do, this could have been prevented.
