Over priced pedicure even for the basic! ,color selection on a low shelf so you have to hunch over to pick your color some seemed to be old! pedicure tubs are in need of repair or replacement staff not professional singing to the back ground music while giving treatment short massage did not exfoliate leg only ankle and foot!!!!I basic pedi at the in&out nail salons at least they exfoliate the leg!!! worse than the cheep nail salons worse!

A for Customer Service and Salon Professionalism.
I love having my hair colored, cut and treated and do so often. My recent experience of visiting Spa Mosaic was over the top. The quality of the products, experience of the stylist and team, and overall customer service was completely refreshing. I felt completely pampered, taken care of, and heard about what I was looking to have done.
I was especially impressed by the team of professionals who are working together to create an "experience" for each customer. It was packed and yet everyone seemed relaxed, happy and friendly. Last week I had a Brazillian Blow Out ( amazing!) and this am - my color ( wow!) I highly recommend!

don't be fooled by the fancy appearance.
I would give lower than one star, if possible!!
I went in for a facial. I walked out with a swollen nose from Randi's prodding and remnants of lotion all over both arms.
I was supposed to have a manicure directly afterwards. In half an hour, she barely had the nail polish off. Cuticles only half done and, although I explained 3 times, could not understand how to shape the nails. I finally just walked out.
BTW, manicure is listed as 30 min but no way it can be done in 30 min.
It was a complete waste of money and time. I have to go somewhere else now to get my nails done properly. Do they train their staff? Has the owner ever checked that the staff can do what they claim to do? What nonsense.
My recommendation: turn on your heels and run out of that place!

Never got through the door. I went in to buy product, spent almost $100 and,as a new client, asked to book an appointment with a certain stylist. I was told that she was booked up and that was it. I wasn't offered an appointment with anyone else, wasn't asked what I was looking for or given any suggestions of another stylist to go to. The girls at the front desk could have cared less and couldn't be bothered. That is too bad, I will buy my Aveda products online from now on. 1 star is too high.

fun bridal shower and spa services. Bridal shower was planned well... great food to enjoy from the time we got there until we left! Everyone seemed happy with the services and bringing our own fare as well as having fruit, pastries, cheeses, and drinks provided! We booked to do our wedding up-do's while there. Thank you Spa Mosaic staff. We had a wonderful, pampered, and fun shower.

VOTED BEST IN RHODE ISLAND. I I see mixed reviews but I can tell you I'll be back! I can see how they've earned status with the Best In Rhode Island for two years in row. The environment is soothing, the staff attentive, and professional. was nervous with a new place doing my color and cut and when I told my stylist the next thing I knew the owner herself was consulting during my service...that was comforting and really made me relax. Which, isn't hard to do in the atmosphere and environment they offer not to mention the free hand massage during my color processing and the fun summer drink!

Best SPA experience. I travel and vacation 3-4 weeks a year and always include a few treatments at a local Spa. While in Newport this past week I found the best SPA I've ever visited! The customer care and services were above and beyond expectation. The hair side and spa side were busy and yet I felt like I was the only one there with all the fuss and attention given to me. A wonderful day with a beautiful serenity room where I relaxed after an incredible Caribbean therapy massage and hot tub treatment. BONUS: IT's an AVEDA Day Spa, love the all natural products. A MUST if you are in the New England area.

Never Again. I came in to purchase some Aveda products. I was provided assistance not for the product, but for a program that I was not interested in at all. They were very pursuasive. Then I was provided a tour of the Facility and it was not complete! There were exposed wires and plaster everywehere. I was embarassed that the gentlemen who showed us around made us walk into a Couple's massage session. They were not pleased at all.
