Overpriced Plumbing Company. When we first used them 5 years ago, the prices were high and the service was good. Now the prices have escalated and are beyond reasonable, given that we are Ben Franklin Society members. They have consistently shown up late for the last 3 years, and their delay guarantee does not apply to the annual inspection visit, which is just an opportunity for them to look for something wrong.

It's time for me to quit their Ben Franklin Society and look for a reliable plumber without these overly inflated flat rate charges. Perhaps someone who does show up on time and recognizes that their customers have jobs, and that taking time off to meet a plumber requires scheduling on the part of the customer.

Excellent Customer Service and ON TIME. I called Ben Franklin plumbing in Loveland and they cam out on time and helped me out when everyone else I called could not... Customer service was excellent and they spent the time to make me understand what the problem was before I committed to anything. The followed up and made sure that everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Ben Franklin for being so professional and honest.

TERRIBLE PLUMBING SERVICE!. I would NEVER use this plumbing service again. They left our home with no HOT water for 3 days,then had the nerve to call after I came home from work to tell me they weren't coming,because they were not able to get the part form "the supplier" WRONG answer,another plumber was able to get the part and be at my home in 15 minutes only to find that they had stolen the parts from my Water heater as to not allow another company to work on it! Finally after speaking to Service Manger who was pratically arguing with me that they were going to be able to fix the water heater, called the supplier and the part was sitting on the shelf! I should have not had to call to get a service call after being w/out hot water for 3 days! I had to make an appt. only to have them say they weren't coming. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND Will NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! they mark up all pricing 2 1/2 times above cose. I would like to say thank you to the plumber who was wiling to rescue me! HAT"s Off to AGGIE's PLUMBING! CRAIG is the president and came to my home!

Excellent Service. Excellent Service.

The team at Ben Franklin Plumbing has been great to do business with. Our water heater died and we were able to get it replaced quickly, conveniently, and without any issues. I will recommend Ben Franklin to all of my family and friends. Their professionalism and respect for my home was award winning, their customer service has been great after the sale as well. In today’s economy it is great to have a business like this to lean on when you need them. They made a stressful situation easy to deal with. Thanks Ben!
