Great place to buy a new Harley Davidson

We have just recently purchased a new 2010 Screaming Eagle Ultra Classic from Bryan Emerson who was our sales guy. If anyone is looking to purchase a bike, this is the guy to buy it from. Bryan went up and beyond for us. We have heard about Pig Trail Harley Davidson from many of our friends and co-workers. Everyone said that Pig Trail will take very good care of you, and they did. Bryan introduced us to the owner, who was very much down to earth and thanked us for choosing his store. Paul (The owner), also stated if we ever needed anything we could personally call him and he would take care of us. We also met the guys in service, and they made us feel like we were part of the family. This was the best experiance I have ever had at a Harley Dealership. I will recommend Pig Trail Harley to everyone that is looking to purchase a new Harley Davidson. Thanks everyone, and we will definately be back.

No help on wrecked bike

I bought a bike from pig trail in Rogers Ar, took it in for 1000 mile check up and the mechanic was in a wreck on my bike. Was not his fault. My problem was, why was my bike being tested in bumper to bumper traffic. I was at sonic and saw the accident happened right in front of me. I thought the dealer would do the right thing, total the bike and get me another one. NOT !! After asking the owner why my bike was in a bad 5:00 traffic situation and how was he going to help me get a new one, he got loud and told me i need to shut up and he was going to tell me how it was going down. They wanted to fix a totaled bike and give it back to me. I was told to leave the bike there, that they had plenty of room. When i went to get the bike for another estimate, he charged me 434.00 for storage and estimate fees that i did not ask for. Well 8 weeks later, the bike was totaled, no help from pig trail, and i now have a new one bought from another dealer. I have lost 3500.00 on this deal and will tell this story to every biker i meet, and i have! So far everyone is in shock that pig trail did not help me get a new bike. Think twice before doing business with them.

Drive to Ft. Smith or Anywhere

If you are planning to buy a Harley, do it somewhere else. Owner is an arrogant S.O.B. Just ask to speak to him so you can see for yourself. Most of the other employees were really cool when the walking p3nis was not nearby.
