this is just a simple franchise coffee shop. they have the usual blueberry and cranberry muffins and turnovers and other standard pastries. the baker is very conscientious and particular and what she does is great but the items are mostly standard stuff. the service is friendly but sometimes a little slow. but what they have is white chocolate muffins. what a surprise! such things are gourmet items in very upscale bakeries. you get the best i've ever tasted at an everyday (non-upscale) price. they'll even make them on order for you and you can pick them up warm! you can find a long trip into lynn worth it. if you're anywhere near it try it. i doubt you will be sorry.
Pros: best white chocolate muffins
Cons: way out of the way for many in boston
