Professional, personal Pilates training in a clean new studio with free parking

I am one of the first clients at this newer studio in Lexington. It is a great location and Susan and Christina and both excellent trainers. Very precise and arcticulate. They are both certified in Stott Pilates and all teh equipment is Stott, which is top of the line. i have been using Pilates as part of my training regime for over 4 years at a couple of studios. Evovle is a superior setting and provides the best combination of trainers, convenience and quality around. The fees are very competitive and they offer a variety of packages offered at discounts.

Pilates training is costly and is a tremendous method for both the rebuilding (rehab) types as well as those highly conditioned with a desire to really tone and strengthen their core.

I do not think there is a better setting around for personal Pilates training.

• Cons: no cardio equipement on premises

Time and money well-spent

The Evolve studio is a beautiful place to train. It is clean, the equipment is new and up-to-date, and the decor is fresh and inviting. My trainer, Christina, is young, energetic, patient and friendly. I feel very comfortable training with her and I feel confident in her ability; she is sensitive to my limitations and also works with me to overcome those limitations. She gives good feed-back and detailed corrections without losing the flow of the workout. I don't have much time to work out so I am pleased that every session is a total-body workout. I leave my sessions feeling very satisfied.

Christina - Pilates

Christina is a wonderful Pilates teacher - gifted in skills of communication and motivating others. She gives excellent explanation with clear directions for the most efficient and effective execution of Pilates exercises. I have worked with Christina on a reformer, and she was easy to understand and follow. I highly recommend her as a teacher.
