Fantastic Service, Friendly Drivers/Staff. Normally I do not post reviews, but the outstanding service I received today at the Greenville Spartanburg airport has prompted me to post.

To begin with their kiosk is located directly across from the baggage claim - within minutes my luggage was loaded and I was on my way to the hotel.

Worste Transportation company in the us. Hello, If I could give negative stars I would, like -3 as in three strikes you are out! I was forced to give at least one.

I rarely write reviews however like most people when something is amazing of unbelievably bad. I want to warn others.

I travel almost every week and many times it is cheaper to have the tranport company take me to the airport.

I have continued to give this company the benefit of the doubt and now it is three strikes and you are OUT, Voted of the island of my life.

First strike, I am to be picked up at 6:00 am for an early morning flight.

driver calls my phone at 5:59 stating he cant pull my directions up and has no idea where I live.

Mind you I live in a subdivision that is over ten years old and is well known.

I talk him to my house as as well as to the airport and almost miss my flight.

Strike two- I schedule a pick up for a similar flight and no one ever shows up. I call when it is ten minutes to and despite having confirmed the pick up the night before I am told there is not driver coming.

Strike three- Despite telling the agent when I made the reservation of my previous bad experiences and being assured they will not be repeated,this morning I get a call , from the same guy as strike one - Brad- who has a new jersey phone number at 5:30 am

same story- cant find my house, has no idea and cant get it into his gps then tells me he is not sure what he expects me to do he will have to cancel.

The call woke my husband , something I was trying to avoid in the first place and my husband had to change his schedule and take me, since the whole reason I was doing this , this week was so he could have the car.

I called to let the dispatcher know and she informed me that she had sent him directions but he told her I had changed my mind about needing transportation.

Over the yearsI have grown to deal with mistakes and humor error. I travel for a living and have for ten years. This teaches you patience. I can not however deal with Liars which is apparently what they employ.

If it does not matter if you ever get to the airport, or you dont mind having to play gps for your driver and oh dont mind being lyed to , or lyed about. by all means give them a try.

I have no idea why they still have the gsp contract when Eastside transportation is so much more reliable!
