Hello is anybody there???. I used this company in 2009 and had a good experience. I tried to rebook recently and played an obnoxious game of phone tag. I called three times "Cheryl" called back finally and I missed the call. To which I called back 30 minutes later whiched then turned into several times over the next week and never heard a thing. If I had booked I would worry if they would even show up with the lack of response. I ended up using Primetime Party Zone in Gloucester and they have been nothing but responsive prompt and attentive throughout the entire process.
