It doesn't get better than this!. Not only is Stephanie warm and wonderful, she is, without a doub,t the most fantastic stylist I have ever found. She cut and styled my hair on my first visit and I returned a week later for highlights. My hair has never looked so good and it is so easy to style on my own. Wow, I even look younger.

I actually look forward to my salon appointments now. Thank you Stephanie - you are amazing!!!!!

Drove 8 hrs from New Orleans just to have hair done. I moved to Nashville TN in 2005 and was lucky to find Stephanie when she was working at Studio 201. Two years ago I moved to New Orleans LA and have been to 5 different stylists and even gave some more than 1 chance. NO ONE has even come close to giving me the satisfaction or service Stephanie has. I'm getting married in May and drove 8 hours 1 way JUST to have Stephanie do my hair. AND as always she did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier!! Thanks Stephanie, I'll be back!

Meh. Although Steph is a great person and it was easy to talk to her, after I got my hair cut I noticed it was uneven. One side was shorter than the other, and I do enjoy symmetry with my hair style. Now I have to wait for it to grow out, because I don't want to cut it any shorter. It's more annoying than anything. However, I must say, for someone getting five star reviews, I expected at least both sides to be the same length.

Great salon!. I had a wonderful experience at Identity. Stephanie is very friendly and down to earth. She did an awesome job with my hair. The prices are reasonable too.

Great stylist in Hermitage!. Steph is the greatest. I don't know how many times I've had to change stylists over the years with all of my moves.... if you just moved here and are looking for someone to get it right the first time, and every time after... visit Identity Salon!

If Stephanie were in Hollywood, she'd be a celebrity stylist. She's THAT good!. I have been going to Identity Salon for a couple of years now and it is one of the best in town. Stephanie is such a great stylist - she always listens to me and I always love how my hair turns out. She's got the best coffee machine in town and is always quick to offer a drink. If Ihave to leave a message for her, she's quick to return my call. I recently went in for a brand new look - a color change. Stephanie was so supportive and her expertise helped me decide on a great color. When she finished, I could not believe how perfect the color looked with my skin tone. I am so pleased with her work and would recommend her to anyone who wants a great color/cut for a reasonable price. She might be hidden in Hermitage, but she competes with the best in Nashville.

Best hairdresser in Hermitage. Stephanie is the best. Very professional, friendy and funny. She gives great shampoos and scalp massages and always offers something to drink. I have changed hairdressers too many times to count, but not anymore.

Hidden Gem in Hermitage. You may not know it, but you can stay in Hermitage to get the perfect salon experience. Though it may not look like much from the outside (tucked on the second floor of what looks like an old motel), this salon is run by a wonderful stylist who has attended to every detail to make her clients comfortable and happy. Steph is talented, knowledgeable, easy-going, friendly, and professional. Her salon is decorated to give a spa-like decor, she always offers refreshments, and she always calls with an appointment reminder the day before. She gives the best shampoos (a great scalp massage is one of the highlights of a salon visit for me if done well, and Steph's are great!) She carries all Bumble & Bumble products and is generous with free samples. I am always happy with my color and cut, Steph is a good listener and able to give me what I ask for (even if I'm not great at describing what I want!) I have had multiple, multiple compliments from strangers such as "cute hair, who does your hair, where do you go to get your hair done, I love your haircut, etc." Funny story, I was standing in one of the chain mall salons with my 4 year old for her first haircut and a woman stopped into the salon from the outside of the mall to tell me she liked my hair and if I'd had it done (at the mall salon); when I told her no, she kept on walking! My mom drives all the way to Franklin to Dion's to get her hair done, and although she is happy with her services there, she pays more than I do for the same services and drives all the way to Franklin! I feel quite happy to have "discovered" this gem here in Hermitage. Steph is the best, and I'll recommend Identity salon to anyone!

Identity Salon Rocks!. If you are like me you have probably been to what feels like a million salons. I found Identity Salon in Hermitage about two years ago and I can assure you I will not go anywhere else. Stephanie is absolutely the best at her craft. I went in and said I don't care what you do. She gave me the most beautiful haircut and color I have ever had in my entire life. It was something that I would have never picked out on my own but it is the best cut I have ever had. I will not go anywhere else. In fact, I have referred several people to Stephanie, all who have had the same positive experience. Her salon is clean, warm, and inviting. Very comfortable. Stephanie is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Going to the salon has never been more fun!

Totaly relaxed, unpretensious salon. Great color and cut!. Stephanie changed ny hair just the way I wanted. She inderstood exactly what I wanted. My blond hair never looked so good. The color is rich and streaked with highlights and lowlights. The base color is wonderful. The cut was changed so slightly but made an amazing difference. I love it.
