I have been to many salons in the bend area and moxy is by far the best! the stylist were great!!! they made you feel comfortable, and did a great job!! The service was great...they made sure i felt at home, and always asked if i needed anything to make my visit better. They also give complimentary wine, and mimosas which i also enjoyed. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. The staff there are not fake, they make you feel like you have known them forever which instantly made me feel at ease. If you havent been there...give it a try, you wont be dissapointed!
Pros: atmosphere, parking, staff, wine, decor, skill

We were incredibly flexible. MOXY was NOT! I was responsible for planning a large bridal party prenuptial spa day. Despite having no continuity of spa staff (no fewer than four people- unreturned calls and emails, etc.), I hung in there because there had been some personal tragedy in the owners’ family. We finally received a quote and went on with our planning. I was not informed until I reached the register that the prices had gone up! Really? In one week and you didn’t bother to at least give me the heads up!! They refused to honor the quoted price! Anyone planning a wedding should BEWARE. Because let’s face it they knew I wasn’t going to come to fist cuffs over this in front of the bride on her wedding day. I coughed it up- including tip! BUT, listen to this… to add insult to injury- there was no promised spa lunch and they kicked out our infant. We were the only customers in the joint and they requested that the baby leave. She had to sit in a black car in the heat with grandma! Sound relaxing?? We are all from Portland. Moxy was Pearl District prices for chunks of sand service. PS They left a curler in my hair. I did not know until minutes before the precession!!!
Pros: decor, plenty of mimosas, sweet talking, massage, pedi
Cons: SERVICE!, MANAGEMENT!, cost, cheap booz for mimosas
