Incredible Customer Service!. Tan Republic always takes care of the customer and provides world class tanning in Salem for any budget!

snotty people that work there that don't know their stuff :(. I've been a tanner for years, and know my way around a tanning salon. When I first went in, I asked for a tour and wasn't given one - she just stayed on her stool and pointed at different beds from behind the counter. Then I asked about the different prices for their different beds and I felt like I was at a used car lot. They are expensive and the girl there didn't seem to know what she was talking about. I saw that they had a particular brand of bed that I'd tanned in elsewhere, so I asked about it - the girl didn't even know what I was talking about! The girl had a friend in the lobby that made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation when I asked questions. To top it off, her cel phone kept buzzing with messages or texts the whole time I was there. I did purchase one tan in one of their nicer beds, and she put me in the bed for much longer than I should have been in there - and I burned. I do not recommend this place.
