The store is beautiful but the service is not.... Advising all brides to be. I made an appt. at the Dotted Line for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was so excited but soon that excitement vanished as Troy chatted with the previous appt and made me wait. 45 minutes! I called my now husband and he said get out of there. She is disrespecting your time and clearly doesn't want your business. I really did not get it. I hope she -yes Troy is a she- treats others better.
