Excellent In Every Way. We interviewed at least a half dozenc ontractors over several months before settling on Roscoe Brown to do a complete HVAC intallation in our 51 year old new home, that was untouched by modern air conditioning or heating

From the initial survey and estimate to the week long job itself. our experience with this company was nothing but very positive. The very courteous contractors took extreme care with cutting up our ceiling and installing the complex ductwork. When they left it was like they were never there. Everything was neat and clean and the system they installed works perfectly. When the metro building codes inspector came he said , "Now This Is A First Class Job!"

There's a reason these folks have been in business for 70 years. You can't go wrong here

Top notch service!. I talked with several people, including co-workers and neighbors, on whom they would recommend for an air conditioning problem. Amazingly, I had two people, that don't even kmow one another, recommend Air Care Heating & Cooling. With that, I knew that's who I was going to try. They sent one of there Technicians out, Terry. From the start things were on the right path, he pulled up in a clean and clearly lettered truck with the company and license information on it. I answered the door and he introduced himself and handed me a business card. I know in fact he is who he says he is. I lead him to the equipment for him to look at and asked him if he minded me watching. He quickly responded, "not at all, I like people to be involved so that they see what they're paying for". His response eased my mind in that I'm not going to be taken advantage of. With in 10 minutes or so he had found the problem (a bad wire connection) and told me how much it would be to repair before doing so. I was so excited, as I had assumed something terrible was wrong and would need a new unit. He made the repair and the unit has worked great since. I later called back and signed up on there Preventative Maintenance Plan. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a top of the line service company!
