I BROUGHT MY CAT HERE TO BE PUT TO SLEEP AND I REGRET DOING IT THERE...NOT THAT THE EXPERIENCE WASN'T PAINFUL ENOUGH, THE VET THAT DID IT HAD A BAD BEDSIDE MANNER. I WANTED THE VET TO GIVE HER "THE SHOT" RIGHT AWAY, BUT SHE INSISTED ON GIVING HER A TRANQUILIZER FIRST. THE VET DID NOT WARN ME THAT MY BABY GIRL WAS GOING TO BE "PADDLING AND PANTING", THAT WAS A HORRIBLE SIGHT! THIS WENT ON FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SHE DECIDED TO GIVE HER THE LETHAL INJECTION. I HAVE TWO OTHER CATS AND I WILL NEVER EVER BRING THEM THERE! R.I.P. MY SWEETHEART...XOXO

Staff was extremely unprofessional. They had no clue about pricing of procedure, refunding money and of different services that were offered through them. I will never use them again and I do not reccomend them to anyone.

Great doctors, compassionate staff. The vets here are very knowledgeable. I was able to get in right away, they diagnosed my very ill cat with diabetes. She spent a few days in the hospital, and I'm happy to say she is doing well. They saved her life! Thank you New England Veterinary Clinic!
