Jambalaya-Crowe's Catering.
Jambalaya's catered a graduation party for us, they were WONDERFUL in every way! The owner came to my home the night before to set up for the food. If I didnt have something and she did, she allowed me to use anything I needed. Everyone loved the food and the decor.
Would very much recommend them for catering. They are very personable, and professional.
