finally I can sleep through the night

I had a sport related injury that never seemed to go away. I had been to a back specialist and a chiropractor. Each had given me temporary relief. Not since I went here have I had sustained relief. I have been able to sleep through the night and ride my bike. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great Muscular Therapy Services in Woburn

I've been coming to Zen for about nine years. The staff are wonderful, excellent professionals. I generally come every 1-2 weeks. I have some severe sciatic issues from work. The staff really knows how to handle my situation and they treat my lower back so effectively I can get back to work quickly. They are always very attentive and I would highly recommend

Superb Muscular Therapy Services in Woburn

I've been coming to Zen Muscular Therapy for several years. I first came because I had quite a bit of stress in my life. and it caused severe muscle spasms in my upper back. The staff are highly skilled regardless of who you have. I would highly recommend the therapists at Zen Muscular Therapy of Woburn

Wonderful Massage Treatments

I've had a lot of massages here over the last few months and have not been disappointed. I like the fact that this place caters more to pain relief and wellness not just spa services or fru-fru massage. Actually, if you are looking for a spa this is not the place. It is very relaxing there, but not super fancy or over the top. They have nice, cozy massage rooms and a yoga studio, but you won't be sitting in a robe or steam bath (they do have herbal tea though if you want it). The front desk staff are super nice and helpful, especially Melissa. All in all, this is one of the best massage places in the area. I plan on trying a yoga class next to see how they do with that.

Individualized Massage Therapy

For the past several years, I have had much stress in my life, and Sheila has been able to ease the stress, pain and muscle spasms etc. Her knowledge of the anatomy enables her to identify which muscles are involved and how they connect and interact with one another. In addition, she receives the client's input to best treat the probem(s) and will give constructive suggestions to meet your individual needs. She treats the whole person. Sheila has a professional and skilled staff. It is good to know that Sheila and her staff can accommodate your emergency needs...even on a Sunday! I highly recommend Zen to help make your life more comfortable. Thank you for making my life have more quality!
