HIGHLANDER PIZZA. My daughter ordered a pizza and large wings at 2am. They never showed up and delivered her order. She called the next day stating that her bank statement had been charged $29.94 for the order and she never received it. In turn, she called the restaurant and was told that someone had signed for her order and that's why she was charged. In turn, she called me, her Mother. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the Owner and I was told he wouldn't be back until tomorrow, the 3rd. In turn, I asked to speak to the a Manager. I spoke to Mohommed (finally got his name after a five minute conversation) and explained the situation to him. He took all of my information and assured me he would call me back that night. I did get a call back, but it was not from him. I was told that the order was signed off on but it was chicken scratch signature and that they would be happy to deliver the order to her that evening. I told him I would call my daugher to see if she had dinner yet. I called them back and told them that she had dinner and we just wanted our money back. At that time I was told by Russell, that I had to report this to the police. At this time, I yelled at him and told him that he needed to call the police because his employees were delivering food to people that didnt' order it and suggested that his drivers ask to see the credit card for verification. I also yelled at him and told him that I was the customer and needed to be treated as such. At this time he hung up the phone. I called back and asked to sepak to Muhammed and was hung up on again. I will find the owner of this establishment and shut his ass down.…
