GSS!! (Great Staff & Stay). I was booked at this hotel by my company without having any say so, so I went and did a review of the hotel and mostly all reviews were good. There was one that spooked me because it was stating that there was an used condom found underneath a pillow in one of the rooms and that it was a very nasty hotel and the staff was terrible. At that point I was in panic mode and contacted my boss revealing to him of these alligations and tried to book another hotel. Well with no luck, I was forced to stay there. I was there for two weeks and it was an all out experience waaaaayyyy far from what I expected!! Everything was very nice and clean far past my expectations!! The service was on point, I'm still trying to figure out how my room gets cleaned so quick, when at times I only left for like 15 to 20 minutes!! The staff is wonderful and greets you when you leave and return. All of my accomidations were met 100% and I felt safe the whole time there because of all the security cameras. Before my departure I had the oppertunity to speak with the owner and was informed that he took over the hotel not too long ago and made a big change to the hotel and from hearing that bad review and now the most recent ones, I know that its under new management. I just want to thank the staff for making this stay at the Economy Inn a very pleasurable one!! I highly reccomend!!

Clean, Friendly and Super Affordable!!!!. I've been staying at the Economy Inn for about a week now. In this short period of time, I've gotten to know the staff really well, they are always more than happy to help you get the accomodations necassary for a comfortable stay. I don't travel often and this is one of the few times I've stayed in a hotel for an extended amount of time, but thanks to the great prices and amazing staff, this visit to Thibodaux has been extremely pleasant... Highly recommend this hotel whether it's just overnight or for an extended stay. Being at the heart of Thibodaux with an amazing location, restaurants, grocery stores, and any other places you would like to visit are just a short drive away....

Best Affordable Hotel Ever!. Now this is our first time staying, but when they said "Newly Renovated", we thought it would be a dump as we have had that before.

To our surprise, it was more than we expected and it surpassed everything it said it was. The service is exceptional, the rooms are immaculately clean and respectable & the price blew my mind for what I got.

This is definitely a place to stay if you are single or have a family and are in the area.

Safe and affordable. I travel through out the U.S, for about 10 months at a time and i stayed at this hotel for about 9 weeks and i thought that the service (BJ his wife and staff) through the entire stay was friendly and consistent my room was always well maintained .

Avoid this hotel - very bad. Lazy service. Old old hotel. Water doesn't come out of sink. Bathrooms are bad and I could not believe that my wife touched a used cond..m that was left by someone under her pillow..... aaahheee. We checked out middle of the night at about 2:00 am in the morning and went get room at other hotel. I was so embarrass to take my wife to this nasty motel. I do not recommend this hotel.
